Client Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Liaison Officer to join our team at AFL Recruitment. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initial contact and support to new clients, determining their needs and arranging client-solicitor meetings.
- Triage potential personal injury claims, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Organize new client packs, including cost agreements and authorities online.
- Assist with general office administration and business improvement projects as required.

Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months or more experience working as a legal assistant/secretary/paralegal in a personal injury law firm and/or an insurance company.
- A real 'people' person with proven outstanding high customer-service skills, patient and empathetic.
- A warm and friendly professional phone manner and high attention to detail.
- Thrives in a busy, vibrant, and fast-paced environment.
