Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Security Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents, managing night shift operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Nightly Audits: Conduct thorough audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions, including room charges, cash handling, and credit card transactions.
- Operations Management: Manage the night shift, ensuring smooth operations, guest check-ins and check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries and requests.
- Account Verification: Verify the accuracy of guest accounts, resolve any discrepancies, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of the premises during the night, monitoring CCTV systems, and promptly addressing any security concerns or emergencies.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating reservations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service/operations role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities without compromising accuracy and customer service.
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management systems.
- Leadership and supervisory experience and skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including conflict resolution.
The salary for this position is $73,347 per annum, plus superannuation. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including annual flu vaccinations, insurance discounts, and generous referral bonuses.
