  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and compliance.">
  • Champion a culture of inclusivity, wellbeing, and continuous improvement activities such as auditing and risk management across the organisation.">
  • Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that align with organisational goals.">
  • Support managers and staff through coaching, advice, and innovative HR solutions.">

  • ">
  • A tertiary qualification in HR or other applicable post-graduate qualification in an associated discipline is essential.">
  • Significant experience in HR leadership, preferably within the not-for-profit, or community services sectors is preferred.">
  • Demonstrated experience across all human resources activity functions and Proven experience in leading a team of HR professionals is required.">
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation, including in the context of an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement is necessary.">
  • Excellent interpersonal skills suitable for clients and staff at all levels are essential.">
  • Experience in change management, Continuous improvement & Auditing, organisational development, and supporting staff through periods of transformation is desired.">
  • A deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive workplace practices is required.">
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are essential.">
