Job Title: Regional Support Officer

This role presents a stimulating opportunity for an experienced administration professional to contribute to the success of our organization as we enter a new era of environmental protection in Victoria.

The successful candidate will work under the direction of a Team Leader and form part of a supportive state-wide team, actively contributing to a positive organisational culture. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing general administrative support to staff within the Bendigo regional office, encompassing management of correspondence, filing and records management, document management, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Aiding with meeting organisation, booking travel and accommodation for staff.
  • Delivering front-of house services during office hours, including greeting and registering visitors, and responding to public enquiries.
  • Collaborating closely with Corporate Services and the Division Support Unit in the management of fleet, assets, finance and facilities, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in a similar business administration or support role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Flexibility to assist with cross-regional administration support.
