Regional Operations Director

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Regional General Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage the delivery of services across locations within the region.
The successful candidate will provide strategic advice for the entire region, deliver strategic outcomes to address issues affecting the region and our organization as a whole, and ensure that service delivery outcomes are met in accordance with legislative requirements.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will require thorough knowledge and understanding of the criminal justice system, as well as expert understanding of and experience in best practice initiatives in relation to risk management and therapeutic work with high-risk and complex individuals.
You will also need to demonstrate experience in leading and managing cross-functional operations, determining service delivery resource allocation, and creating a culture that supports and respects the individuality of others.
In addition, you must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare regional reports for senior management at an advanced professional level.
- Ensure Service Delivery Outcomes are met and consistent with Justice Service instructions and legislative requirements.
- Provide leadership to staff and promote our organizational vision and regional strategic direction both internally and externally.
