**Job Overview**:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead streamlined operations in five regional offices in the North catchment. Reporting to the Regional Associate Director, you will manage administrative functions and drive service improvements.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to coordinate regional operations, aligning them with our strategic goals and delivering exceptional outcomes. You'll also develop data and service analysis to enhance delivery of our services.

Key responsibilities include managing key projects, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and analysing complex datasets to solve problems and improve service delivery.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

  • A strong background in coordinating operational and strategic initiatives
  • Ability to analyse complex datasets and derive actionable insights
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in managing administrative and support services
  • Deep understanding of social justice issues and commitment to supporting Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities

**Additional Information**:

Regular travel across regional offices is required, including overnight travel. This role is based at Dja Dja Wurrung, Yorta Yorta, and Wurundjeri Country.
