About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Service Carer to join our team in the Illawarra region. As a Home Service Carer, you will provide exceptional care and support to our customers in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and domestic support to customers
  • Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and gardening
  • Transport customers to appointments and social outings
  • Support customers with medication management and administration
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or similar qualification
  • Administer and Monitor Medications Certificate HLTHP007 (highly desirable)
  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised
  • Availability to attend our 3-day onboarding program
  • Current First Aid certificate or enrolled to obtain
  • Current Drivers Licence, a reliable car with comprehensive car insurance
