About the Role

We are seeking passionate individuals to fill permanent, full-time and part-time positions for our Customer Care Consultant role. This exciting opportunity will see you work in a fast-paced call centre environment, assisting families and carers by answering inbound calls. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families and carers via inbound calls.
  • Offer information, discuss options, and advise on services supporting independent living at home, short-term and long-term care solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high-quality customer service outcomes.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and competencies, demonstrating consistent performance and dedication to excellence.

What We're Looking For
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide outstanding service to customers.
  • Proficiency in PC literacy, with experience navigating various computer platforms and software.
  • Ability to adapt to a busy environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks while actively listening to customers and responding to their inquiries promptly.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to customers.
