About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to customers in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, wound care, and medication administration
  • Support customers to engage in social activities and maintain their physical and mental well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • Medication Competency Certificate
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
