Clients and Partners Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clients and Partners Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, delivering strategic recommendations and providing exceptional service.
Main Responsibilities:- Foster trust and respect with clients through effective communication and active listening skills.
- Lead client meetings, ensuring accurate meeting reports are issued within 24 hours.
- Contribute to strategy development, understanding client needs and providing valuable insights into competitors.
- Support creative development, evaluating ideas and judging their effectiveness in achieving business goals.
- Share information with team members as needed, including project schedules, cost estimates, market/competitive information etc.
The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation and selling skills, outstanding organisational abilities and be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. They will also possess mastery over basic computer software such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
A quick learner who can assimilate information quickly and suggest solutions for day-to-day challenges is required. Strong communicator with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile is essential for this role.
