As a Key Account Professional, you will play a vital role in managing and developing new and existing customer accounts. This entails collaborating with executive teams and IT management to foster awareness of our brand and core offerings. You will lead the execution of our strategy within government departments and community agencies, contributing to central initiatives such as action planning, governance, major pursuits, and executive engagements.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government customers to understand their business needs and preferences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Delivery, and Product & Strategy, to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

- Foster collaboration and partnerships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive business results.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in supporting long-term business relationships and strategic business plans.
- Demonstrated success in delivering growth strategies and maintaining high customer happiness.
- Strong leadership skills to influence and lead both direct and indirect reports from Sales, Delivery, and Product & Strategy teams.
- The ability to drive performance and delivery through focus on core strategies and programs.
- Excellent negotiation skills to manage relationships with C-level executives in a competitive environment.
