Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at WorkFocus. As a valued member, you will play a vital role in the recovery and rehabilitation of workers from our largest customers.
- Maintain quality across customer agreements according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
- Implement services as per Customer SLAs, ensuring optimal health and return-to-work outcomes.
- Coach team members to undertake work in accordance with customer requirements.
- Complete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehabilitation on all claims.
- Represent WorkFocus at public forums and on various committees as required.
This is a full-time position based in VIC, offering flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home or in the office.
Your Expertise MattersTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Significant occupational rehabilitation industry experience, with a solid reputation and profile within the industry.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering occupational rehabilitation services and strategic management of a portfolio.
- Customer service orientation, with experience managing customer service agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build a strong portfolio.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience training, coaching, and developing others.
- A willingness to travel (car and license essential).
