We're seeking a highly skilled Electrification and Energy Transition Specialist to join our team at AGL. In this pivotal role, you'll play a crucial part in driving the transition towards a cleaner energy future for Australians.

About You:

  • You'll bring a strong background in operational improvement or sales enablement, preferably within the electrification or technology sector.
  • An understanding of managing a sales funnel and delivering exceptional customer service will be essential.
  • Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will allow you to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • You'll have a proven ability to build systems and processes that support agents in maintaining positive customer relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support sales leaders in effectively managing the sales funnel to promote conversion uplift.
  2. Provide in-depth knowledge to team members to guide customers in choosing AGL for their decarbonization journey.
  3. Regularly assess and implement improvements to enhance customer experiences, improve operational rigour, and scale sales capabilities.
  4. Conduct quality assurance assessments, identifying themes and providing training and upskilling.
  5. Drive systems and processes that facilitate exceptional service to exceed customer expectations and elevate Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
