IT Service Delivery Manager

- Current unencumbered NSW Driver's Licence.
- Experience in IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, for managing incidents, problems, and change control processes.
- Strong experience in operating helpdesk and service desk platforms, including the ability to analyze data and trends to mitigate recurring problems.
