The role involves monitoring and enhancing supplier performance, delivering on cost and quality outcomes, and playing a pivotal role in procurement projects that help us deliver exceptional results for our business and customers.
- Analyse spend and market data to develop supplier segmentation, prioritisation, and performance strategies in consultation with business owners.
- Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and results.
- Lead regular supplier performance reviews, tracking performance against contract deliverables and KPIs.
- Lead contract renewals across a broad range of goods and services, ensuring business continuity and meeting value delivery objectives.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and process improvement, addressing performance gaps where needed.
- Provide helpful and timely Procurement advisory support to business teams.
- Manage expectations and resolve issues with a customer-focused approach to gain buy-in on solutions.
