Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, coding, reconciling and approving rental payments for over 200 stores. They will also maintain accurate records of all remittances and ensure timely updates to property software.

In addition, the Property Administrator will provide monthly and annual sales reports to stakeholders and coordinate insurance certificates for each store.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, a proactive approach to improving processes and strong communication skills.

You should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a high attention to detail and accuracy. Results-driven and motivated individuals who enjoy a varied role and taking on responsibility are encouraged to apply.
