Responsibilities
What key tasks will you be responsible for?
Conducting open and private property inspections with prospective tenants
Conducting routine inspections to ensure our clients\' investments are being appropriately maintained
Working closely with prospective tenants to qualify their suitability and qualify their references
Management of tenant enquiries and coordinating inspection times and access
Detailed completion of ingoing and outgoing condition reports.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
A current SA Property Manager License
Current driver\'s license and a reliable vehicle
Excellent communication skills and presentation
Fluency in English and Mandarin is desirable
A passion for customer service and working with people
Great time management and organisation skills
Exemplary attention to detail
High level of computer literacy
Positive, resilient nature and team player
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in residential property management is preferable
Proficiency in property management software (PropertyMe) and Microsoft Office suite
Must be able to pass police background check and provide professional references
