Property Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Asset Manager to assist and support our team in managing a portfolio of property assets across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to interpret and enter data into online information systems and databases;
  • Researching and collating information from various sources, including online and internal databases;
  • Providing support with sales and acquisition processes and documentation;
  • Facilities management including repairs and maintenance;
  • Ensuring all tenants have current and legally binding arrangements in place;
  • Ensuring all rent reviews are undertaken and vacant properties marketed where appropriate;
  • Clear and resilient communication skills to explain processes to lessees, landowners, and stakeholders;
  • Understanding of/experience with title searching (desirable);
  • Database management including leases and the insurance register;
  • Collating information for financial reporting.

Essential Role Requirements:

  • Commercial Property industry experience;
  • Exposure to commercial leasing;
  • Experience with database management and data analysis;
  • Sound communication and relationship management skills;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
