Senior Open Space and Property Asset Manager

The role of Open Space and Property Project Coordinator is a pivotal position within our organization. As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality community assets, this role will play a crucial part in the successful coordination and delivery of our annual capital works program and minor maintenance renewal projects.
This generalist project coordinator will be responsible for managing construction projects from initiation through to completion. Ensuring that works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard for our community.
This role directly contributes to improving the quality and accessibility of our open spaces and property assets.
">About You- Knowledge and experience in all stages of construction project delivery, including initiation, procurement, contract management, and delivery.
- Strong ability to work both autonomously, and collaboratively with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure positive outcomes.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage competing deadlines and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to take ownership of assigned projects.
