What key tasks will you be responsible for?
- Conducting open and private property inspections with prospective tenants
- Conducting routine inspections to ensure our clients\' investments are being appropriately maintained
- Working closely with prospective tenants to qualify their suitability and qualify their references
- Management of tenant enquiries and coordinating inspection times and access
- Detailed completion of ingoing and outgoing condition reports.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A current SA Property Manager License
- Current driver\'s license and a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication skills and presentation
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is desirable
- A passion for customer service and working with people
- Great time management and organisation skills
- Exemplary attention to detail
- High level of computer literacy
- Positive, resilient nature and team player
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in residential property management is preferable
- Proficiency in property management software (PropertyMe) and Microsoft Office suite
- Must be able to pass police background check and provide professional references
