McCosker Contracting is seeking a highly motivated and organized Workshop Administrator to join their team in Gladstone, Queensland.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration activities of the workshop, including processing timesheets, daily activity sheets and work orders, establishing and maintaining filing systems and records, and providing general administrative support to the workshop team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in administration
  • Current Queensland Driver Licence
  • Construction Card (white card)

You will also need to possess intermediate experience in MS Office and Adobe systems, as well as the ability to provide efficient administration support to leaders and teams.
