The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the scheduling and dispatching of Communications Technicians to customer sites. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a safety-focused mindset.

  • Coordinate and optimize scheduling and dispatching of field staff to ensure timely completion of service jobs
  • Communicate job details to field technicians accurately and promptly
  • Optimize schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Handle customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with field technicians and other relevant departments to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently
  • Supervise administrative tasks such as quoting, invoicing, and approving time sheets
  • Manage the maintenance of company vehicles and equipment
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, scheduling and coordinating field staff
  • Motivated, customer-focused, and skilled administrator with a mining or heavy industry background
  • Strong experience developing trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience using an ERP system, ideally SAP
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritize work
  • Safety-focused mindset
