About the Role:
  • Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood
  • Providing first-class customer service - via phone, email and in person
  • Managing requests, concerns and inquiries
  • Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
  • Creating correspondence and documentation as required
  • Efficiently organising appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
  • Monitoring and distributing office supplies and arranging for equipment maintenance/repair
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information in various systems and databases
  • Utilising mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
  • Assisting senior staff with special projects as needed
