About the Opportunity

As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will play an integral part in driving operational excellence. This diverse role offers the chance to support and grow the team, working across multiple sites within the Gladstone area.

Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Preparing job packs
  2. Reporting directly to the on-site services manager/project manager
  3. Negotiating with suppliers and procuring materials and services
  4. Coordinating site and workshop activities
  5. Managing processes to ensure project and contractual deliverables, including time, cost, quality, and scope requirements
  6. Preparing HSE and Quality compliance documentation, controlling, and assuring the safety and compliance of all onsite and workshop scopes and work crews
  7. Ensuring the safety of all employees and contractors working in the operating unit or department by driving continuous improvement towards a true safety culture
  8. Making decisions based on knowledge and experience
