
Community Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Administration Support Officer. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organisation.
About the Role:- Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
- Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Managing requests, concerns, and inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
- Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood, ensuring seamless coordination and effective use of resources
- Creating correspondence and documentation as required, maintaining accuracy and consistency in all communications
- Efficiently organising appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements to meet deadlines and expectations
- Monitoring, ordering, and distributing office supplies, as well as arranging maintenance and repair of office equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases
- Utilising mainstream software, including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications, with intermediate to advanced skills
- Assisting senior staff with special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Requirements:- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Previous experience in rostering/scheduling is highly regarded, but not essential; we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
- Confidence with smartphones and digital devices or a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
