Job Description:

EnerMech is a specialist service company delivering integrated solutions for complex energy projects.

Our team is responsible for valve maintenance and management activities, ensuring safe operations and compliance with industry standards. The role involves leading technicians, maintaining documentation, and liaising with project managers and clients to drive productivity and quality standards.

  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring OHS procedures are followed.
  • Supervise workshop activities to optimize productivity, quality and accuracy of documentation.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including timesheets, procurement, quoting, QA/QC documentation and audit readiness.
  • Maintain NATA accreditation compliance and coordinate equipment, personnel and job execution in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Lead staff performance, training and onboarding of new personnel while providing technical support for valve inspections, testing, recertification and optimization.
  • Document valve performance testing against procedures and acceptance criteria.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives within the valve workshop.
