About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning and delivery of ticketing for events across our venues. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from inception to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance ticketing services for key clients and internal customers
  • Lead the planning and delivery of ticketing for events across our venues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective ticketing operations
  • Use specialist knowledge to inform direction regarding venue modes, capacities, fees, and charges
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of mainstream ticketing systems
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a passion for Customer Experience
  • Competent arithmetical abilities with experience in calculating venue capacities and balancing sales figures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Adobe Photoshop
