Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist Job Opportunity

As a highly skilled Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

We're currently seeking a talented professional to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals. You'll be working closely with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

  • You will undertake occupational rehabilitation assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments.
  • You will undertake assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
  • You will design and implement intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • You will identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation.
  • You will understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people's lives
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes
  • Confidence working independently in the community
  • Driver's license and vehicle required
  • Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance
