Job Description: Senior Asset Management SpecialistIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality asset management services on a daily basis. Your key activities will include:
- processing and placing asset management orders;
- managing hardware and software systems;
- interfacing with support organizations;
- monitoring processes, data flows, and data repositories to ensure accurate asset data collection, handling, storage, and reporting;
- performing timely asset data updates to maintain database repository accuracy;
- identifying and managing asset discrepancies and compliance resolution processes.
- Perform contractual reporting obligations for asset management;
- Manage updates of Kyndryl assets in the client Asset management tool;
- Perform reporting requirements for internal software licensing;
- Update and manage contractually required hardware/software asset baselines;
- Diagnose and resolve asset accuracy issues.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a strong understanding of asset management processes;
- experience with Excel spreadsheets (or similar);
- the ability to analyze asset management reports;
- good presentation and communication skills;
- the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders;
- strong problem-solving skills;
- the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
