As a key member of the established specialist Corporate Actions team, you will play a pivotal role in processing corporate action events, dividend entitlements, new asset setups, and maintenance of existing assets.

About You:

  • You will have a minimum 7 years' experience in Operations within Financial Services, with prior experience in a Corporate Actions and/or Pricing role.
  • You should possess a good understanding of Corporate Action tax implications and strong knowledge of Australian & International Financial Markets, Managed Funds, Listed/Unlisted Assets, and Custodial Structures.
  • Your excellent communication skills and logical approach to work will enable you to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, drive procedure updates and reviews, and manage the team risk profile by reviewing and enhancing controls.

What We Offer:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. As a Senior Corporate Actions Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a leading Global Financial Services organisation that values excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.
