About the North East Link Project
The North East Link Project is a major civil infrastructure construction project in Victoria, Australia. The Central Package of this project has been awarded to The Spark Consortium, which comprises Webuild, CPB Contractors, GS Engineering and Construction, and China Construction Oceania.
Our team is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Infrastructure Asset Manager to join us and manage the constructed assets of this project. As an Infrastructure Asset Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that constructed assets are properly managed throughout the project lifecycle, including their identification, tracking, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an asset management plan for the project, including the identification, tracking, and management of constructed assets.
- Evaluate and document the condition of constructed assets, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for future maintenance or repair activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that constructed assets are managed in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with various asset owners to ensure that constructed assets are properly prepared for handover at the conclusion of construction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in asset management on civil infrastructure construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of asset management principles, processes, and procedures.
- Experience in managing and documenting constructed assets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
About the Opportunity
We are offering a competitive salary of AU$110,000 - AU$140,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, for this role. This salary range takes into account the expected cost of living in Melbourne, Victoria, where the project is located.
