We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HR Payroll Solution Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and maintaining SAP HR Payroll solutions, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results to clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take their career to the next level. As a SAP HR Payroll Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP HR Payroll solutions to meet client needs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP systems, provide training and support to clients on SAP HR Payroll functionality and best practices, and stay up-to-date with industry developments, SAP releases, and emerging trends in payroll and HR technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implementation: Develop and implement SAP HR Payroll solutions to meet client requirements, including configuring payroll workflows, time management, wage types, and personnel administration.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain expertise in Australian payroll, superannuation, taxation, and other related areas, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and SAP releases.
  • Client Support: Provide training and support to clients on SAP HR Payroll functionality and best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in SAP HR Payroll implementation, configuration, and maintenance, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results to clients.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Australian payroll regulations, superannuation, taxation, and personnel administration, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a good understanding of IT service management principles and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language, experience with SAP UI 5 and PCR schema, and understanding of HRSP and SAP HR Time modules.
