Job Description:

Certis Security Australia is a leading security service provider with over 3,000 employees nationwide. As part of the Certis Group, we deliver integrated security solutions including operations technology, aviation, front-line and concierge security services to clients worldwide.

As a Traffic Controller, you will help ensure the smooth, safe, and customer-friendly operation of areas. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manning and controlling taxi operations
  • Reporting taxi drivers' poor behaviour and misconduct
  • Ensuring loading docks are secure and maintaining records of deliveries
  • Controlling buses and coaches' operations

You will also be responsible for:

  • Directing traffic and providing clear instructions to vehicles and passengers
  • Enforcing parking and transport regulations
  • Delivering excellent customer service to all passengers
  • Assisting elderly or mobility-impaired customers
  • Communicating effectively via radio and reporting incidents

Qualifications:

  • White Card - Construction Induction Card
  • Blue Card - Traffic Control Accreditation
  • Good communication and conflict resolution skills
  • A strong customer-first attitude
