**Job Title:** Operations Supervisor

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling fleet and staff movement, including monitoring hours and delays; allocating and coordinating customer bookings & deliveries; building relationships with current customers and ensuring high-level service is offered; participating in an out-of-hours on-call rotating roster; maintaining fatigue compliance; supervising and managing direct staff; assisting with payroll-related activities; and supporting the commercial process of the division when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within transport and logistics;
  • A willingness to collaborate within a motivated team;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • A high level of computer literacy and attention to detail;
  • Previous experience or understanding of COR, NHVAS, BFM, and Mass Management compliance accreditation systems and regulatory requirements;
  • The ability to travel short distances if required.
