Event Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of various events in Queensland, Australia.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting events to potential customers, managing event sales from initial inquiry through to event follow-up, arranging and coordinating services such as catering, signage, displays, and audio-visual equipment.

You will also be tasked with organizing registration of participants, negotiating the type and cost of services, maintaining an online presence of the events, and responding to reviews and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote functions and events to potential customers

  • Arrange and coordinate services such as catering, signage, displays, audio-visual equipment
