Corporate Events Officer

The University of the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented event professional to join its dynamic Marketing and Communications team as a Corporate Events Officer.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the university's reputation and strategic objectives through expertly planned and executed events. As a key member of the Events & Partnerships team, you will lead the end-to-end coordination of corporate events, including graduations, Open Day, and official ceremonies.

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of key corporate and major events including graduations, open days, and official university ceremonies;
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure events are delivered professionally, observing required protocols and enhancing the university's reputation; and
  • Support a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the Events & Partnerships team and across the broader Marketing and Communications unit.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear focus on quality, safety, and professional standards.
