Located in Brisbane, Queensland, we are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position that involves coordinating events in all spaces at one of the city's most iconic venues.



The Role

This role works closely with the Venue Manager and front and back of house teams. It involves working with clients from start to event execution and performing operational support duties for operational execution and administrative coordination, supporting the senior managers.



About You
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role
  • Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
  • A curious learner who wants to further their development
  • Ability to listen and inspire customers with possibilities for their event experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a large catering, hotel or corporate hospitality environment is an advantage
  • Previous experience working in a flexible, multi-skilled team environment is an advantage
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Able to be a team player, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Previous experience with coordinated systems is an advantage
