Corporate Events Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Corporate Events Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service for various events, from formal dining to casual seminars.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Client Services team to tailor event experiences to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and packing down boardrooms according to specific requirements.
  • Providing excellent customer service, making every interaction with clients and colleagues a positive one.
  • Crafting high-quality beverage experiences, including barista-level coffee service.
  • Using key technology tools to manage workflows on the client floor, including room booking systems (EMS), MS Teams and Outlook.
  • Setting up in-room AV requirements, offering support and understanding when to escalate.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least three years of experience in hospitality, ideally with backgrounds in fine dining, banqueting, or corporate hospitality.
  • Barista experience.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • An ability to remain calm under pressure and easily adapt to last-minute changes.
  • Clear and concise communication abilities.
  • RSA Certification (or the willingness to obtain).
