Desktop Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide top-notch support for our clients' infrastructure and business applications.
This is a contract role with the possibility of extension, requiring 38-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite 3 days a week in Western Sydney, with 2 days working remotely or from home or other client sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality desktop support for clients' infrastructure and business applications
- Design and implement cloud and on-premise systems; resolve complex technical issues
- Provide services through a mix of onsite and remote support
- Proactively identify solutions and ensure seamless operation of business-critical systems
- Proficient knowledge of Azure cloud environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy management
- At least 3 years of experience in Desktop Support
