Guest Experience Leader
As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role involves leading by example as a lobby ambassador, meeting and greeting guests, and attending to their queries efficiently.
Leading the Team
You will also supervise and train Porters to provide exceptional service, ensuring that your knowledge of the local area is up to date and sharing this information with the team.
Your Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar position or the ability to step up from being an exceptional Porter. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to create memorable experiences for guests, and possess a full manual driver's license.
