About the Role

The Australian Red Cross is seeking a skilled Case Manager to join their team in Townsville. As a Case Manager, you will provide mobile, outreach, and centre-based case management support to individuals and families experiencing vulnerabilities in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic assessment of client needs and develop case plans
  • Work directly with clients at risk of homelessness who have complex needs
  • Operate from a strength-based and capacity-building framework to promote social inclusion, human rights, participation, and consumer choice

Requirements

  • Sound casework and case management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and Australian driver's license
