Victorian Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the organisation and delivery of various events, with a focus on the annual Victorian Teachers Games (VTG) event.
- This role involves planning, design, and execution of events, as well as managing budgets and project timelines.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in sport management software, strong written communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This position reports to the CEO of School Sport Victoria and is responsible for delivering high-quality events that meet the needs of our clients and partners.
- Lead the organisation in the delivery of other allocated School Sport Victoria (SSV) events, including national sporting events.
- Work closely with external stakeholders, including corporate sponsors, to ensure the delivery of event activities.
- Coordinate budgets and project management to ensure successful event delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience delivering sports events working with teachers, students, parents, officials, partners, and all people involved in school sport events.
- Experience working with sport management software and strong written communication skills.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.
