Job Title: Events Coordinator

The role of an Events Coordinator involves overseeing the logistical aspects of events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential for managing event details and coordinating logistics.

Beyond the core responsibilities, this role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving skills to address unexpected issues that may arise during events.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in event management or a related field
  • Prior experience in managing multiple events simultaneously
  • Proven track record of delivering events within budget and time constraints
  • Familiarity with catering, hotel, and hospitality industries (desired)
  • Victorian RSA certification
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
