We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Professional to join our multidisciplinary team in Western Australia and contribute to assisting adolescents and adults with various diagnoses and presentations.
About the Role
- Develop and implement behaviour support plans to promote individuals' mental health and well-being.
- Provide psychological intervention and behaviour support services to clients.
- Use professional judgement and knowledge to make informed decisions.
- Complete reports and work towards goals within NDIS plans.
- Maintain a professional and caring approach at all times.
- Participate actively in team meetings and related training.
