Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services under the NDIS framework, working collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and allied health professionals.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs), conducting functional behaviour assessments (FBAs), and providing supervision aligned to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
What We're Looking For:
  • A current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Core or Proficient PBS Practitioner is essential.
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related discipline is required.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary PBS frameworks and FBA methodologies is necessary for success in this role.
  • Excellent written communication and report writing skills are also highly valued.
