**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Clinical Behaviour Specialist to join our expanding Positive Behaviour Support division.

You will work as part of a national team of mental health professionals providing clinical services to individuals with various needs and presentations.

Your main responsibilities will include assessing and observing participants' challenging behaviours, developing and implementing positive behaviour support plans, and working with allied health practitioners and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

You will have the opportunity to work across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services, and will play an integral part in the personal growth and development of your clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses
  • Develop and implement positive behaviour support plans
  • Collaborate with allied health practitioners and family members
  • Provide assessments and interventions across the lifespan

**Qualifications and Experience:**

  • NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner (or ability to become registered)
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability (desirable)
