Job Title: Territory Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Executive to join our national sales team. As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing training and support to retail staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account management and development
  • New business development
  • Training of retail staff
  • Go-to person for internal and key external training needs
  • Trains all new hires and ongoing refresh training for all staff (sales, marketing, ops, customer service)
  • Reviews and revises training programs – content delivery etc
  • Maintaining current knowledge on new products, competitive products and other general market information of value to customers
  • Monitoring competitor activity
  • Providing support and problem solving to customers as required

Requirements:

  • Field Sales or Account / Territory Management experience
  • Training development and delivery experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • To be successful, you must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills with a strong ability to build and develop relationships
