We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team in Richmond. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and servicing relationships with key clients across Melbourne, growing new industry partnerships, and working closely with a Business Development Manager to understand client requirements and provide solutions.

The Account Manager will be instrumental in:

  • Gathering information on prospective clients to understand their needs and opportunities to add value
  • Working with the Business Development rep to create customized sales plans for key clients
  • Providing after-sales support to retain customers
  • Promoting new products and services to existing customers
Requirements

We need you to bring:

  • Proven experience in a relevant sales role
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships
  • Good attention to detail in handling business development leads and managing projects from lead to delivery
  • An interest in architecture and design
  • The ambition to grow and develop existing client relationships through exceptional service and product counsel
