Key Contract Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team in Canberra.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the procurement strategy by ensuring seamless delivery of projects.
  • Managing Head and Subcontract variation, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Taking charge of subcontractor and supplier claims processing, aligning with our subcontract and HCA Systems.
  • Overseeing contract finalization tasks such as defect management, manual creation, and variation tracking.
  • Collaborating with the team to compile monthly reports, helping us achieve our goals.

About You

We're looking for an individual with proven experience in project-based contract and financial administration, particularly in major building developments.

You'll be a self-motivated professional who excels in a close-knit team environment, with resilience to tackle any obstacle that comes your way. Other desirable requirements include:

  • A completed Construction Degree
  • 3 - 6 years commercial experience on site
  • Experience using construction software such as CHEOPS and Aconex (training provided)
