**Contract Administrator Role**We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on a highly respected Tier 2 project in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will work closely with senior industry leaders, contributing to the delivery of this exciting project.

Key responsibilities include preparing cost forecasts and monitoring financial status, as well as providing input for financial reports to the Management Team. Additionally, you will ensure site supervisory staff are aware of the project's scope of works and inclusions in tender packages, and prepare tender documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractors. You will also foster strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants, liaise with clients regarding progress claims to Head Contract, and provide administrative support as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar, have experience working on commercial projects, and be familiar with Australian commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contracts. They will also have a working knowledge of major building trades, strong negotiation and influencing skills, and previous proven experience completing multiple projects start to finish.

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Experience working on commercial projects
  • Tier 1 or 2 experience
  • Experience working on projects over $85 mil as the Senior CA
  • Solid local experience working as a Contracts Administrator
  • Previous proven experience completing multiple projects start to finish
  • Understanding of Australian commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contracts
  • A working knowledge of major building trades
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
